Anime-Direct.com - Terms of Service

Anime-Direct.com ("We") agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber subject to the following TOS (Terms of Service). Use of Anime-Direct.com's Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Anime-Direct.com's TOS (Terms of Service).

Service Availability:

You, the subscriber, acknowledge that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons. While We will make every effort to make sure the site is running we make no guarantee of uptime.

Fair Use:

You, the Subscriber, agrees that the account is for the use of one person. If we believe the account is being used by more than one individual we reserve the right to suspend that account. We also reserve the right to suspend any account that is not using the service as it was intended; this includes, but is not limited to: downloading the same file repeatedly, attempting to overload the server, attempting to crack our anti file theft system, hotlinking our files.

File Availability:

We reserve the right to remove any series, file or files at any time for any reason; including, but not limited to, the series being licensed for release in the US.

Failure to Pay:

If you fail to pay us we can, and will, suspend your account until payment is received.

Refunds and Disputes:

All payments to Anime-Direct.com are non refundable.

Support limits:

We provide basic technical support with our service, but we make no guarantees that we can resolve all problems. Support is provided on a "best effort" basis.

By agreeing to these terms you hereby understand that we, Anime-Direct, do not "sell" the files we host. Your payment goes towards bandwidth, server costs, and other fees. You are not purchasing any of the files hosted on our servers. You are simply paying for access to our service.

Anime-Direct.com reserves the right to amend its TOS at any time
