Our news page Now that you know how to download files you're going to want to stay up-to-date with your favorite series. The easiest way to see what's new is to look at our news page. But, if you want something a little fancier, or want to receive instant notification of additions. Then try our Mailing list or RSS feed

Joining our mailing list Once you signup for our mailing list you will receive an email as soon as a episode is added. You will also receive announcements, such as site changes, from our staff. To use our mailing list your mail client will have to support MIME/HTML messages, but almost all of them do.

Go to our mailing list page
Enter your email address ( make sure it's working ) and select what lists would like to signup for. We recommend you signup for both new releases and site updates. This will keep you up-to-date with everything going on here at Anime-Direct.com. After you've entered your email address click the subscribe button.
A validation email will be sent to your email address. Once you receive the email please click the validation link in it.
Congratulations, you will now begin receiving email updates.
If you want to un-supscribe from our mailing list please click the cancelation link at the bottom of the email.

Using our RSS feed RSS feeds allow you to quickly and easily fetch our new episodes list through your favorite RSS reader.

Your first step is getting an RSS reader. Some browsers have an RSS reader intagrated into them, but most don't. To find some freeware RSS readers try looking at snapfiles.com; we use Abilon as our RSS reader.
After you've downloaded and installed your RSS reader it's time to add our feed. The URL of our feed is: http://www.anime-direct.com/rss.xml.
If you're using Abilon: Go to File, New, RSS or ATOM feed. Then, for the feed URL enter http://www.anime-direct.com/rss.xml and for the feed title enter something like "Anime-Direct.com Feed". Click OK and your done. You now have quick, easy access to our new releases.
